VitVio is a UK‑based startup using AI and computer vision to optimize hospital operating theatres—automating tool tracking, surgical stage detection, staff coordination, and real-time analytics. They approached me as a freelance product designer to revamp their marketing site: to clearly communicate the technology, build trust with hospital stakeholders, and support increased demos and pilot program adoption.
Their previous website didn’t clearly explain what the product does or who it’s for. The message was too technical, lacked structure, and missed the opportunity to build trust—especially in a healthcare context where clarity, safety, and reliability are essential.
I redesigned the site from the ground up, structuring the content around the product’s benefits rather than its features. I created a more confident, focused visual identity and crafted a user experience that highlights the impact of VitVio’s technology, reassures on data privacy, and guides visitors toward booking a demo.
The new site gives VitVio a stronger digital presence that supports their commercial goals. It helps them explain complex technology in a simple way, engage hospital stakeholders more effectively, and present themselves as a serious player in healthcare innovation.
